WYNOT Fitness Terms & Liability Waiver

WYNOT Fitness provides fitness coaching, classes, lifestyle programming, digital content, memberships, and related wellness support. Our services are for educational and fitness purposes only.

WYNOT Fitness does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.

I understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, falls, and other personal injuries. I voluntarily participate with full knowledge of these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release WYNOT Fitness, WYNOT International LLC, owners, contractors, instructors, trainers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from ordinary negligence related to my participation, excluding claims that cannot legally be waived, including gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct.

In an emergency, I authorize WYNOT Fitness to seek emergency medical care on my behalf if I am unable to do so.

Fees must be paid according to the plan selected. Recurring memberships will disclose renewal terms before purchase and require affirmative consent.

Missed sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise stated. WYNOT Fitness may reschedule classes due to instructor availability, weather, safety, or operational needs.

Participants must behave respectfully, follow safety instructions, and avoid conduct that endangers themselves or others. We may remove participants for unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.

We may request consent to use photos, videos, testimonials, or transformation stories. We will not use your likeness in promotional materials without consent where required.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, unless prohibited by law.
