Returns & Shipping Policy

1.Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2.Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
3.Final Sale Items
Clearance items, promotional items, digital products, event tickets, opened hygiene-sensitive items, customized items, and marked "Final Sale" products are not eligible for return or exchange.
4.Store Credit & Refunds
Returns for store credit may be processed free of charge. Refunds to the original payment method may be subject to a restocking fee to cover processing and handling.
5.Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
6.Processing Times
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times depend on carrier, location, and selected shipping method.
7.Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks an order as "Delivered," WYNOT International LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
8.Delays
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and inventory issues may affect delivery times.
9.Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@wynotworldwide.com with your order number and photos.
