Sponsor & Partner Terms
WYNOT International LLC and affiliated ecosystem brands
Effective Date: April 28, 2026
1.Scope
These terms govern sponsorships, collaborations, brand partnerships, media partnerships, nonprofit support, event sponsorships, pageant sponsorships, fitness partnerships, educational partnerships, and in-kind contributions.
2.Written Agreement Required
All sponsorship benefits must be confirmed in writing. Verbal promises are not binding unless included in a signed sponsorship agreement, invoice, proposal, or written confirmation.
3.Payment Terms
Sponsorship fees are due according to the invoice or sponsorship agreement. Unless otherwise stated, sponsorship payments are non-refundable after campaign, event, or program activation begins.
4.In-Kind Sponsorships
In-kind sponsorships may include donated goods, services, venue support, media support, professional services, or equipment. WYNOT reserves the right to determine whether in-kind contributions qualify for sponsorship benefits.
5.Brand Use
Sponsors may not use WYNOT names, logos, marks, participant images, student images, pageant titles, or academy branding without written permission.
6.WYNOT Use of Sponsor Materials
Sponsors grant WYNOT a limited, non-exclusive license to use sponsor logos, names, approved brand assets, and promotional materials solely for sponsorship recognition, event promotion, campaign fulfillment, and related reporting.
7.Youth Protection
Sponsors may not directly contact minors, students, pageant participants, or youth program members without written authorization and parent/guardian consent where required.
8.Prohibited Sponsor Categories
WYNOT may reject sponsorships connected to tobacco, vaping, adult entertainment, illegal substances, discriminatory organizations, exploitative products, or any brand misaligned with WYNOT's mission.
9.No Guarantee of Results
WYNOT does not guarantee specific sales, leads, impressions, audience growth, media coverage, or business results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
10.Cancellation & Termination
WYNOT may cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, low enrollment, emergencies, government orders, or operational needs. WYNOT may terminate a sponsorship if the sponsor violates these terms, fails to pay, harms WYNOT's reputation, or conflicts with youth protection standards.
11.Governing Law
Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Texas and resolved in Texas unless otherwise required by law or written agreement.
